Top Paying Companies for Technical Support Executive
This is my personal opinion and I would like to say about that there is a psychological pressure from your seniors side to do your shift or job , If you are giving good score to your TL or their seniors then you will get your leaves or other benefits like extra time to go for break and half day and all the things, I do not like that why they decide for employee leaves on the basis of the scores they already get monthly leaves and they have rights to take it, and the other things is that I observed My last ACCM did not coach my DSAT's and CSAT's (Dissatisfaction survey and satisfaction survey) they jumped into me in BQ, It is called you will get a some time period in which you have to improve your score if you fail then you will get another chance to improve yourself then you will be terminated, Here is no job security and mind pressure also. Some people good there and some not.
In our batch, 2-4 people did not resign, apart from this other batches also came and left. My question is why did they leave the job so quickly, what was the reason for them?
Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.
Great salary for a fresher and they will hike salary for every six months without any delay.
Get lot of benefits from the company and wonderful work culture.Mostly Manager's are friendly some 1 -3 managers are hectic.
Login and logout are excellent timings
No overtime work.
No job security and just hire for mostly 3- 6 months and end the role by saying business requirements are completed.
Policies get updated or changed for every 3- 4 months
and get a documented feedback for every mistake without any first warning or information before.

...ir treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes.
When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery.
Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms.
While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues.
I'm glad to have left such a toxic environment, where there’s a constant mismatch between what is said and what is actually done.
Nothing much, it's average service type company with decent salary.
But leaves are good. 30 leaves per year in a service company is really commendable.
1. They hire based on prospective projects, and often the projects don't land. And then they have very limited time on bench, hence job security is an issue.
2. Work from office schedule is very strict, there should be some flexibility.
3. No proper employee benefits such as outings or lunches or parties, all they care about is billing.
4. Little too much of micro-management
