I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. ... related policy like leaves ad priorities for onsite compare with FTE candidate. And main thing your salary will not directly come from Infosys, it's come from your third party payroll company.

If project gone, you will also gone from company with in 2 days. So this is the most dangerous part of 3rd party payroll.

Literally they are exploiting the employees. They have rules out of this world. They can deduct the salary even if you will breathe without their permission. Also, they are bunch of goons working as so called TEAM LEADERS. They think that they run the world. Pros Good salary. Cons Long Hours. No work life balance. No supporting staff. Rules are out of the world.
