Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.

Bench policy is not good.They will give salary upto 45days after that they don't give if you don't have project. Once you will get project then they will start to give salary.

It trains you about something else and then gives you role about something else and then when that project goes after several years then you will be on bench and will not get any project
