IBM is supporting employees to have seamless delivery and client interactions from home without any hassle. Incase if employee need any hardware or software support, it’s arranging pickup and delivery through local courier.

I don’t see any reason except only pay scale and salaries. Apart from that, it’s really wonderful place to learn and grow.

Compensation is good. No extra management work. Just do your work given by client and thats it. Its a talent provider company so don't expect career guidance kind of things. They have very good clients with them

Dislikes

Mostly HR firm which makes it difficult techies to discuss their concerns. Also, job security is something not very good. If you get on bench, they may only give 1 month time.

Learning opportunities through LinkedIn and other sources. Compensation and benefits were good. No Micro managemnt

Need to improve on utilization of pool resources effectively.

It's a good place to work n enrich your skills. But the salary is less compared to out side market

Less. Hikes and pay scale is less compared to market.
