No job security. Ratings are non justifiable and is goverbed mainly by an employee's rapport with thwir manager rarger than performance. Even after ditchi g bell curves, tgey still giving PIP to good employees. Optional work from home is very dufficult to get.

But the best part is, whatever is your salary structure, you will get the max amount in hand as the bonus amount is quite low, with which max companies play around saying a huge CTC package including high bonus, but you get little amount in hand. In this respect Cognizant is quite good and very clear in respect of salary components and their structure.

Dislikes

Each year the increment timelines get delayed and stretched extensively without any reason. I also think Cognizant has slowed down recently in terms of promoting people on due course of time as a result of which many good resources are leaving. The salary bracket can also be increased
