...gement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lotvof politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

They should allow more banks for salary accounts apart from ICICI and HDFC. Rest everything is great.

First source is a good pay master.

Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.
