Being a fortune 500 company, work life balance especially with odd shifts is demanding, salary hikes and promotions are lesser than market value, technology wise it's behind US giants.

Likes

The kind of support for self learning it provides is enormous. Work life balance is at its best. Learning from work is good.

Dislikes

Growth and onsite opportunities are not up to the mark. Better compensation should be placed Shares and other benefits should also be given to employees.

Likes

Good work life balance. Good HR policies. Office setup is good. Job security is good. Opportunity to take cross functional projects and movement. Champions environmental issues like Global warming, climate change.

Dislikes

Compensation and annual pay revisions can be quite better. Though there is a huge focus on up skill and re skill but on the job learning is minimal. No proper cafeteria setup at office and eating options are limited.

... in moving internally. Bonus is an additional income unlike other organization. Salary can be little competitive which will raise the bank's bar. A person like me working for a company for 8+ years is a wonder and that's because of the wonderful management, colleagues and diversity in terms of roles. I have moved to three teams and each of them are unique and friendly. Flexible organization, high job security unlike most of the competitors. Good culture and diversity. Employee centric tied with customer centric.

Dislikes

Salary can be little high.
