Working at TCS has it onw pros and cons. TCS has tied up with leading Tech and non tech learning platforms ensuring employees are up to date with latest trends in technology

You will have to wait for your salary and promotions to increase if you are joining this company with only these points keeping in mind.

This in turn ensures a good retirement corpus. On the flip-side, the higher contribution to EPF results in a lower take home figure, which a lot of millennials feel is a negative (lower instant gratification.)

Work life balance can be a hit-or-miss depending on the specific client engagement. Globally dispersed teams and even within India the team members maybe located in any part of the country makes one feel disconnected at a human level from the team.
