Last but not least, if you looking for a good job and expecting Anudip is a right place for you then you are fool. Anudip no longer is "Great place to work" Due to some toxic work culture and toxic worker it ruins many employees career. 😣

The best of this company was on time salary, friendly HO staff from all the departments. Incentives structure was good. As a center staff if you raise any concerned its being heard without being partial... Moreover you can learn a lot means a lot.

Less Growth opportunity and work life balance is not there, and usual such as other companies the managers are quite partial with their center team members.
