No preference for experienced employees and growth opportunity. There is very less scope for internal movement. Employees are not recognised for their updated skills.

Good working environment, culture, Job security . Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent as per current market situation and career growth is slow.

My first job was on Sutherland . I earned my first salary there One of the best trainers Teammates depends on how u treat them Personally a very good place to work and grow Very good paymasters in the market. I was happy working there except a few flaws which is every where. Women security is a priority there is no compromise. Only the fittest can survive in Sutherland.

...mal to work . It is all depends upon the project which you have been allocated . The major problem is when you work in night shift you don't have the shift allowance and variable pay is huge amount .. which we don't get at all .

Not so great company in terms of variable pay and shift allowance .. sometimes they hire and put people in bench incase the project gets delayed
