No hike connsidering skillset, knowledge according to market standards. No WFH No transfer requests are allowed though we served for same organization and client for many years

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Tech mahindra is one of mnc company. It servers best in consumers need. It's company culture and work satisfaction, skill development and job security also good.
