Flexible hours are not flexible for the employees but for the organization. They pay scale and work will never match unless you can work your way through seniors. If you’re completing something fast you won’t be remunerated for that but be loaded with additional work.

It's purely based on the project we assigned to. The project I worked is really had very good place within HCL and the growth within project is good.
