1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

Intial hike is good compared to other companies. Later they will not give much hikes/sometimes no hikes.

Dislikes

You will get only salary nothing else and Diwali one gift ( sweets or dry fruits). Rest is typical MNC with Micro Management

... are asked for 5 days work from office, the LTI is still working on Hybrid mode. Salary and benefits are good. Employees are given opportunity to upgrade themselves

Appraisals and Job Security. The Higher manager does tries best for allocate the Projects but sometimes it's not in their hand also if there are no projects. The employee is given 60 days Bench time to find the projects post that if the project is not allocated the employee is asked to resign.

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.

Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. Work-life balance is occasionally challenging to manage. Nonetheless, Tietoevry remains a very good place to work
