...ated to an good project.
Felxible timing
Wfo mandatory is dependant on project.
If you are having any special skills they will give you that bonus as well
Life will get worst when you are allocated to Indian client.
You will be forced to work more. And no benefits of it.
Micromanagement is done with people who are not having more experience.
To retain good relation with client they can accept unrealastic timelines.
If you are bench more than 1 or 2 months you will be forced to put down the papers.
... best companies for a hardworking employee in the initial phase of their career. While work-life balance, salary, and appraisals may seem less than ideal, the positive aspects of skill development, personality development, exposure to working with people from different cultures, and easy learning opportunities far outweigh these less positive factors.
once an infoscion always an infoscion!!

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.
Dislikes
1. Salary and hikes are low.
2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

...ir treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes.
When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery.
Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms.
While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues.
I'm glad to have left such a toxic environment, where there’s a constant mismatch between what is said and what is actually done.
