Shows favouritism by only accepting leaves to those who is sweet to him. While he relieves all his responsibilities on Assistant Store Manager and Department Manages and takes leaves regularly. His exact words were "ASM rehte hue mujhe karna padega kya". His subordinates are used as a scapegoat to protect and serve him. Your work experience will depends based on person to person. If your store manager is good and supportive. You can stay here for a long time. Otherwise your life will become a living hell.
