The best part about working here is the job security, I have seen many people who have been working here for decades. Whether you work hard or not is totally up to you. If you want a stable job with not much growth, you can join here.

Dislikes

Slow growth, low salary hikes. The learning is entirely dependent on the team you are joining. If you join a support project with day-night shifts, do no expect much growth in terms of technical skills and the work will be repetitive. However, the core and delivery teams work on good technologies. Also there is quite a bit of politics among the management.
