One such is not utilizing the potential of an employee and shifting projects on his work expertise along with that pay scale which can be made slightly in between the market standards not high not low just fair pay scale

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.
