1. Usung microsoft D365 a very outdated erp. 2. Promotions happened but the salary package will not be revised as per the promoted designation.

A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

.... Company policies are good, and they give good salaries and bonuses every year. although they give full salary in lockdown. Company conduct online program for employees.

Company is good but there is senior employee who do not support their junior, they always treat like slave.

...en you sare safe and secure otherwise i have to take harsh decision against you. I requested him but he was talking rude then i had to cut the call and i feel very helpless then i said to my mom then mom said that give the resignation i will take care all of your need. Then i had to resign from my post. That situation are very bad for me and my family, even i can not explain in words.

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.
