Daily allowance & Petrol expense is very low compared to other companies. No other benefits other than this. If you are new to this company and you have added some customers but you will definitely will have bad relations with your customers because you can’t supply material to your customer on time, because of bigger and older Sharks in this company, they prefer large volume and give priority to them. You will have to work in midnight also whenever necessary.

Salary on time and job security zero percent and I worked in Mahindra from last 9 years despite knowing my family situations they transferred me from Kashmir to samba more than 260 kms....
