I think on floors management should maintain more professionalism as the team leaders and executives all work very unprofessionally and also use abusive languages there should be some ethics management should provide training to team leaders managers how they should talk to other employees , Thank you !

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes jate into the night
