The Peeple, The culture, The leadership visits with free food :), Work satisfaction at least in finance teams, and Occasional ethnic wear :), these all make the Deloitte best. However, I know the culture may vary from team to team, but if you are able to find a good team, you are all sorted.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that good, and last year bonus was also not that great.. Hope this will improve in coming years.

You get time off to work on holidays and extra pay for night shifts. There's medical and accidental insurance. The training provided helps you learn and adjust. ... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Stupid managers and seniors, the only thing good is the compensation (for beginners) and that the work culture isn't toxic. Expect managers and seniors who aren't helpful and would bully you for fun. Also they provide lunch and dinner in house so that's that.

Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low
