It's a great company to work with. Working environment is the best part of wellsfargo to be appreciated. Every individual is given rights to extend their views and concerns directly with the higher management. Cab facility is given a higher priority which is especially important concern in other MNC's. May be because all of these reasons most of the employees doesn't show interest in changing the company even after working for years.

At the end of the day money is the reason we work for. Wells offers good package and give a decent hike but the appraisal is not at high line.

.... Manual work is more other peer company having verious tools and application. This is the main -Salary is low compared to its peers.

Poor management, no back up created so no proper leave and creates work pressure
