Overall it was good experience and was happy to be part of Wells Fargo the one thing Iam really happy about was the safety as me being a women working during night shifts I feel safe and cab facilities are good they drop me off till my door step

Wells Fargo is my first company and my first job I was happy. I have learnt many things during my work process I am given my hundred percent during work and Achieved eight months hundred percent quality in work process.

Dislikes

1. I was diagnosed with COVID-19 and the managers did not cooperate work from my home town which was really difficult. 2. I would like to highlight strongly that punching time was quite a robotic process during the work after all we are humans we need some break & to relax during the process it was not a flexible. 3.Attending for OT for almost 8 months which collapses the health. 4.I have achieved eight months hundred percent quality but I did not receive any promotion there was a biased in calculating the word quality. Mistakes done by other person is a very good note and given promotion. 5.As a newcomer my contribution towards the process was more than my expectation.Not happy with the managers. 6.No I encourage from managers for good work and there is no support. 7.
