Job security is good, Allowing WFH is one thing I am grateful of . But incentives getting delayed is a major concern.

...ajor setback , no festival holidays at times. And you don't get an off easily... Pay scale is low with very minimal incentives, and bonus.

Good policies like yearly appraisals, job security and salary credit on time etc

Salary is ok but long process to get incentives and ot need some extra benefits

It's good company for your future job. Getting high salary for fresher and help to improve your confidence, your writes

I didn't like the atmosphere of company sometimes and you are not appreciate for your work when u justify the work with best of your abilities.

Training is good. Best place to start. Flexible timings. Work from home.

Dislikes

Work pressure is more. No appreciation from team (depends on the team you are). Salary hikes not good.
