Poor management, no pre planning on activities, every managers are loyal to their superiors not to their work. This cause chaos to the work. Poor safety and quality of the job. No repetive orders from the same customers.

A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

Opportunity to work abroad is the only thing that I like.

...ation where they are not required & ultimately juniors has to do the extra job. Very limited leaves, no bonus, little appreciation for new people. Company is good for diploma/degree holders, but PG people think twice before joining.
