I don't like the culture of this company and the environment inside here and Pay very less salary to the employees.You can't do anything new here. The process that is here is just to be followed.

People working around respect each other as per their seniority, workplace is totally customer oriented where we learn to deal & handle customers, Functioning of store & sale growth is at its increment level .Overall Good experience

Working hours & schedules are so fluctuated & unpredictable, lack of leaves, very low salary accordingly work load & allotment, no as such facilities is available

No culture at all just need to work and go home. Time boundaries if you are looking for regular office time work like job than this is not good for you. Because here your Reporting timing was not fixed it's daily.
