State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

...any you feel safe because job security on this company is so much on high level. In this pandamic situation company give us full salary without any cut off.

No culture at all just need to work and go home. Time boundaries if you are looking for regular office time work like job than this is not good for you. Because here your Reporting timing was not fixed it's daily.

We have to work from downside of the job role like a working with ground staff it was feel embarrassing and very demotivated but with as a future aspect is always good.
