State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

The process of this company is very strong and the customer service here is very good.Always bring new products to the customers and provide them at very low prices, that's why customers are very happy to come here.The most important thing is that the customer has a lot of trust in this company.

I don't like the culture of this company and the environment inside here and Pay very less salary to the employees.You can't do anything new here. The process that is here is just to be followed.

It was very pleasent to work here. Regarding work life balance, working hours, lunch breaks, company's culture regarding celebrations, lunch after two months from company side, nothing major work burdon

Dislikes

No Diwali bonus, no incentives, no better increment, promotions are very slow.
