Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

When the Medi Assist recuter called me on WhatsApp, I was explained about my past experience and last working company also i had cleared that company did not given relieving letter, not only in the last company other employees ware facing same same issue, by force i managed my 3 month payslip and only the offer letter at joining time, I was not supposed to join the like that but my financial condition was poor so without simple sitting i found better that at for some money I can earn, I had never no the company moto was only session waise the hire and after completing all there work by u , they will create a scenario and they will terminate you by force, I had in a situation where they called me in office I had gone along with my reporting manager we both was in nice conversation mode i don't know whats they planned, reached office suddenly they asking some questions and I was simply answering then they got angry unnecessaryly and telling to my reporting manager when u want to leave her , my reporting manager was also turned on and said that she can leave tomorrow itself, i requested and literally i begged for some time, I don't have place to go , then they given me 5 days, till 31 July, and they told we will pay your salary 30 or 31 st only I was agreed, and based on this conversation they sent me termination letter to maintained that I had leave the company to disrespected my reporting manager, (lied),I was shocked but didn't reply anything, i would have been asked to leave and i expected it but still they did that, on before my last day 30 th again they started forcing me to leave there accommodation was provided by team, without salary, they haven't given me 2 month my week off i haad worked hard morning to night, I was constantly requesting please provide me my salary I'll will leave ,without salary where Will I go, then they told no we will pay you on your salary day only now you leave the accommodation even I had been threaded by them that if don't leave they will post wrong details against me in social media they will spoil my job future, I was in dipression i managed somehow 2k and near by one pg was there i shifted there at morning by 7 o clock. Then I was waiting for my salary it's will come on 5 th every month, but it has not came so again i masged to hr manager then I received it, at that time I was searching job and got option in medi assist here also after telling the documents issued that time he didn't said anything I got joined I was working, after in between I had been receiving verification call so i explained that the documents was not provided, so they asked me bank statement as a proof or 5 mouth working. They send me mail and i attached the my bank statement in the mail , but the recruiter said some another thing and said u didn't explained this. .. there word u will not be able to continue if you r not able to provide this, they simply wested my time if they explained me checking my attached document in mail for documentation then I can save my time and can join another company or i will exclude that experience and will provide that previous with reliving. They didn't informed me anything as the company hr or recruiter should have explained everything to the candidate properly, now again i had to leave the company by force that also with out reliving, and it's affecting me and job life. Now I am job less serching, facing trouble,
In a reputed company this should not happen i understood there prossas of verification but some recruiters taking advantage of it this type of profile they Target and after 3 month they will faire you suddenly.. because for one candidate they have incentive if the candidate works atleast 3 month, it hard situation i tried to collect the reliving from my last company the denied I was crying and begging please provide me they said very hard and harsh way no way not possible on my leave now ... We candidate are like help less and value less for them ..
Now I am so difficulty I had spent my time my affort in to learning and with a ongoing working candidate how can possible a company can do this??
I respect their prosse but please do not take advantage of an employee.
As genuine candidate at if any condition there should have option to managed it but they won't..
Please before joining a company search properly don't West time to get entered in wrong company..
I had also done wrong that i believed they recruiter. Please be careful by the recruiter... they will never think about any employee they will simply it's not in my hand..
