Health insurance is only for name never get any benefit of it. Meal is not provided Increment and bonus is not good.

Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive and management is good transparent. Company policies are good.

I started my journey with aegis as a senior executive operations in October 2016. I applied for IJP and promoted as a Quality Analyst. Work satisfaction is good as there would be less pressure than other BPO. If you want to grow nd wanna make your career in bpo industry then you should become a part of aegis as growth opportunities are very good for deserving candidates.

The only thing which is not much satisfactory is the pay scale. This company offers less pay according to other leading bpo

I have joined with Infosys as operations executive and recently promoted to system engineer but still I am getting low package when comparing with our junior who joined with B.E background.this is the only thing which I do not like in infosys
