Upskilling can be improved by bringing in more educational support for benched employees. Internal job opportunities should be implemented and encouraged. Customer is important but at the same time employee should be too. Management should back employees at tough situation or escalations

Working culture not good, senior level person not supported properly, No personal life. No family time, no any celebration during work.only work and only work, no weekend available ,Unessesary pressure

Good salary. Great benefits like free lunch snacks, etc. Good buses for transport. Saturday off.

Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.
