Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

1. HR will trigger you and make pressure to joint as earliest. 2. Salary is not on time 3. Basic facilities not available for Staff at Site office. 4. Top management only pressure for work and work but don't know site conditions.
