Don't join there as a Third Party FTC else you will not get values of your experience education etc.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.

Good salary. Great benefits like free lunch snacks, etc. Good buses for transport. Saturday off.

Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.
