Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Good salary. Great benefits like free lunch snacks, etc. Good buses for transport. Saturday off.

Dislikes

Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.
