Everything Excellent company, work life balance is great Pay is decent not as great as others but it compensates it with other benefits.

Might improve location allocation for employees, So can be near to their families.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive

As a fresher you will get good oppurtunity to work on it & they will groom you a lot

...s to work on Saturdays later they habituated & demanded a lot work in Saturdays. We struggled a lot & worked for the project but didn't got good variable pay & hike.
