I liked the work life balance , job security, company culture, bonus, office food.

Dislikes

I felt that I should have got more opportunities, during my final period though it was improving, but it would have been better if I had received much earlier.

Likes

Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

Everything Excellent company, work life balance is great Pay is decent not as great as others but it compensates it with other benefits.

Dislikes

Might improve location allocation for employees, So can be near to their families.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

- no additional benefits for contractor other than salary - no increments - no WFH( as they force you to come to office once you join permanent) - sometimes manager not supportive
