Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

Very good platform for learning.. work life is balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always options to explore and provide our best without their interference.. they are always encouraged and believe in our work.
