Company turned out to be service now. management is concentrating on pleasing higher management. no employ care . HR's talk to you only during entry on exit from company. No one cares about employees over all growth.

Top management level people are either french and japanese so its good opportunity to do understand and learn their knowledge

Salary benefits are not standard compared to other companies

Nice Pay and great yearly increment. You can get 200% variable pay amount also if you perform well.. Work life balance is great you can leave ontime by 5.30pm. Cutting edge technology.... Training are very good you will get lot of opportunities.

Distance is the only issue but they provide cab. Short term onsites only 2 weeks.

For one month of on-site training..need to sign a bond for a year..if we want to break it we need to pay the ctc and all other spent on the training.

The company is very flexible in work timing, especially during the lock down. Can learn different work culture. Has a process in place for every task.

Dislikes

...ring (france or Japan) so even the design & development work is more clerical. Salary is less than the Market
