More salary package is offered for the outsiders than people who are struggling in Mphasis for more than 10 to 15 years.

For the early phase company provided additional amount as Hardship allowances in the salary which really helped me to do some food donations and other things. I worked more than working hours to meet my goals and then have donated other remaining money to needy people.

There is nothing to dislike. Everytime I entered I felt secure.

Nice place to work for short period of time, have less opportunities to grow up our carrier but we job security.

Dislikes

Less salary for the existing or a experienced employees. No proper training facility to develop the exatra knowledge
