Adhering to the schedule is key to anyone is service industry. Here, it becomes a little difficult. For Example: Let's say you have a break scheduled and that time you are on call, then it'll still be counted negative towards your adherance and then you'll take the break aside to your break time, which will also negativily affect your adherance.

Salary slightly lower than competitors at B30 Level. Nature of work is more oriented towards business side and is less technical even for Data science teams.
