... a pay cut. American express was there with me in the toughest phase of life. At American Express none of us were dropped even though we couldn't work for 4 months our salary was always on time. Dislikes

Adhering to the schedule is key to anyone is service industry. Here, it becomes a little difficult. For Example: Let's say you have a break scheduled and that time you are on call, then it'll still be counted negative towards your adherance and then you'll take the break aside to your break time, which will also negativily affect your adherance.

Infrastructure is fabulous Salary and perks are good

Working culture is not that good people always doing butter to their superior to get promotion. Career growth is very slow people are waiting for opportunities from 4-5 years.
