12-14 hours duty At site, no fixed lunch time some days 2pm some days 4pm some days 1pm No work life balance Culture only belief in show off and favouriteism. All good quality managers and executives left this company due to politics.

...Growth, Recurting HR forcing you joint today without Notice period competition. Salary not on time. Basic facilities not available for Staff at Site.

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

Salary on time..and all facilities provided like house rent on time Rewards .L&T provided salary to all employees in pandemic time.

Nothing to dislike...As a construction company..L&T is provided all necessary resources to employees..

Timely salary, Guest house, house rent, Admission fees for children. Family insurance of 2.5laks(very less).

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.
