Low salary and bond, food in cafeteria and paid canteen are gross, and they don't care about the employee health, it is very hard to make work life balance in this hard working environment

I would like to say a big THANKS to GeBBS for not keeping me unemployed and provide me to to courage to survive in this situation. I was Covid-19 patient and I realised that I have a family not only my real parents but yes GeBBs is another one. Thanks to my All Seniors , Manager’s and management-Manisha Mohite Mam, Moazzam sir, Senthil sir and HR team, Admin Team, Account department & special Thanks to Our IT Team🙏🏻

No micromanagement as far as day to day work is concerned, salary structure is good (from a taxability perspective)

Dislikes

Middle management has responsibility without authority (no say in performance ratings/promotions of their team members), Performance appraisal & feedback process is non-existent, difficult to locate internal support resources (e.g. HR, Finance), Work-life balance is terrible

Best work experience, m working here from last 2 years n job satisfaction is 100%, m taking full salary there is no any extra deductions on my salary during covid, it's very helpful
