I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Salary only on time get. Otherwise operations very difficult all day working day only. No growth carrers. AM RM very very worst no understand underground operations.morning sharp office reached 8am strict time.. Everytime concall conducted its very irritated our operations...

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

No work life balance. Though there is access to learn but no scope of applying learnt skill. Zero work satisfaction. Officially it's 9hrs work and 1 hr break but unofficially it's 11+ hrs excluding break. Very hard to move on to different project. Forced to work 6 days a week with maybe one weekend off and no client holidays.
