Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

-- No promotion opportunities. - Don’t understand onsite challenges. - Unreasonable, unlimited, and unrealistic expectations. - Vulnerability to contract termination. - Poor communication with clients by managers, which ultimately pressures employees to meet unreasonable client demands. - Unnecessary IT compliance; the laptop is more of a liability than a facility. - No activities or wellbeing programs for employees working on client sites. - Consulting at client sites feels like a glorified clerk job. - As per my view, there are hardly any visionaries in the organization. Even higher management primarily talks about business and money without considering the impact on the team, the project, and the client. - Besides money, if the firm thought a bit more about impact and wellbeing, outsourcing could become true consulting.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

On-time salary, no arguements for taking leaves. work life balance is fine. Can vary based on project.

very less chance for promotions, appraisals and everytime too much unnecessary deductions on variable pay.
