I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

Every industry has its pros and cons you need to think positive. In every field you can get better opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not decent. Only thing you will get there job security. Very difficult to get IJP specially in BPO. No vacancy is showing on job portal.
