Less learning and orthodox manual controlled working, slow decision making as it is not distributed through hierarchy. Processes are not implemented on ground level. Un-educated egoistic person are leading departments.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent.Company Policies are good and appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No time satisfactions, job security is zero,job satisfaction zero, politics,any time change anything by Managment, you can’t talk to your manager for any kind of issue, mostly managers throwing hunter, Totally you can’t work here with free of mind. Every time feeling today is last working day. Tough to work.
