The work life balance is great!

Obviously the compensation part of it. As a well performing employee in the company I believe I deserve better compensation but I'm still stuck at below par salary package

Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

Dislikes

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

Likes

- Employee friendly work culture and policies - Can receive hybrid or full WFH depending on project

Dislikes

- Minimal salary increments and benefits - Work experience is subjective to your project

Likes

Accenture is the best place to work, but when come to compensation I will recommend to consider the market correction and take action
