As a music teacher it's so difficult to earn good amount of money but whitehatjr has bridged the gap between the student and the teacher and hence been a great help for the teachers and the pay is also good. It's not like a set amount they pay you no matter what, you have the freedom to do much work and earn much.

Not much communication with the other teachers on platform. Feels secluded some times as it is work from home.

I am proud to work with whitehatjr company as it satisfies all my requirements in terms of work, salary and personal family management. I feel blessed to join this company after years of hard work of physical job presence struggling with my kids and office. Its pay scale is too good and so is it's management support to teachers. I would recommend any qualified struggling women to join this company for betterment of your life standards

To be very honest Only the LMS part is tuff for us too handle on time. Other than that nothing.

This company gives a comfort place to every employee to work at their own space,though we adhere to rules and regulations,we feel the environment is much stress free.Everybody's opinion is taken into account which is very much essential for a company to develop.Whatever you feel ,you can always voice out your opinions and even if you need help you can ask to your collegue ,they will help you out in all means without any discrimination or superior power.

Compensation is good and the growth is tremendous.Professionally I have grown alot by taking all the inputs given by the company.They see to that each and every employee is treated the same.Everybody's talent is equally appreciated and sitting at an online class you gotta to meet kids from all over the world.Am really blessed to be apart of this company .
