The salary range, and the promotion these two are very frustrati g. A head who works in the same organisation for @6 years are standing at 18 lakh and new employee from other organisation having experience of 9 year is taking 24 lakh. Very frustrating

very poor in work life balance, no job satisfaction, person dependent , Company’s culture is good only for managerial level.
